This wiki presents the rules and mechanics of the Horizon Zero Dragons hack, also known as 5eZD, which makes it possible to roleplay in the world of the Horizon franchise using the current edition of Dungeons & Dragons.
Horizon Zero Dragons is not a standalone game, as it requires the Fifth Edition Player’s Handbook or Basic Rules. Please also note that this wiki is not a lore depository and will only include the minimum amount of world lore required to adequately describe something. For more information on the setting please refer to other sources including the video game itself and its FANDOM wiki.

Update Status
Horizon Zero Dragons has not been regularly updated for some time, but has not been entirely abandoned: it may be updated intermittently if the mood strikes.
Even in its unfinished state, Horizon Zero Dragons is complete enough that it's entirely possible to run games using the system!

Hopefully this site is easy to navigate, but if you ever find yourself in need of a search function, try Google. Sadly, Wikidot's own search engine hasn't worked right for a long time! Type the following into google to find what you're looking for:
